The Adventure Begins

Raymond Briggs introduced us to The Snowman in

                                                                         1979 and the Academy Award nominated film
                                                                         followed soon after. The Snowman became part of
                                                                         our folklore. In 2002 Coalport introduced its bone

china Snowman figures in

England

and they quickly became one of the hottest collectibles on the market.

The Snowman was introduced to Canada in 2003.

Coalport announced the retirement of the Snowman series
in September, 2005.
